What are the differences between hemp seed oil, hemp oil, hemp extract and CBD oil?
Hemp seed oil contains less than 0.3% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), and does not cause psychoactive effects. THC is the mind-altering substance in marijuana. Hemp seeds are rich in omega-3, omega-6 and vitamins, which is why hemp seed oil is used in food or cooking.
